Jeffrey Brian Crowe joined the Sevierville Convention Center team this fall under Spectra Food Services and Hospitality. Brian, as the SCC team refers to him, assumed the role of Executive Chef.
Brian is originally from Bowling Green Kentucky and even though his blood ran Kentucky Blue he has now settled in East Tennessee and is happily married to Amanda, the love of his life!
Chef Brian’s history includes 13 years with the Outback Steakhouse group and working for Knoxville Catering where he gained extensive experience including working with names like Willie Nelson and many more. Chef Brian has a passion and a true love for food and beverage as the SCC Team has learned well among their many clients! Just this past weekend Team SCC played host to two Christmas Parties serving a Prime Rib selection and the evening was a great success for all! Team SCC is happy to announce both parties have rebooked for December 2017!
Chef Brian along with his great personality and passion for food will create and no doubt deliver exceptional experiences for the Sevierville Convention Center in partnership with Spectra Food Services and Hospitality. The best is yet to come!
